Terms of Service

By accessing or using VETTR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. VETTR is operated by Hextrot Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Canada.

VETTR provides financial intelligence tools for Canadian public markets, including company scoring, signal analysis, knowledge graph data, AI-powered analysis, and related features. The Service is intended for informational and research purposes only.

VETTR does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information provided through the Service — including scores, signals, red flags, AI analysis, and any other output — is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Investing in securities involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees in Canadian dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell VETTR data or analysis as a competing product
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through the Service
• Use the Service to disseminate false or misleading information about securities

VETTR aggregates data from public filings, market data providers, and other third-party sources. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete, accurate, or current. Data may be delayed, subject to errors, or unavailable for certain companies. You use the data provided by the Service at your own risk.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hextrot Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hextrot Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
